If you want to learn more about wine check out Olive Gardens website. I haven't been there in a while but they use to have a section that talked about their wines, and they carry Pinot Griggio, they even pronounce it for you.

Pinot Griggio is a chilled white wine.

Generally you chill white wine and drink red wine at room temperature. I think pinot grigio is white wine so you should chill it. Although I do get the names confused a lot they all sound so french.
