i dont under stand it i drive a truck over the road and a truck stop on a friday night will charge 27.00 for a buff and ryans and barns hill for two will be 15.00 to 20.00 with all you can eat stake porkchops why dose truck stops charge so much more and have
less to offer

i am a sever and have been for 7yrs on and off. its AMAZING how many people tall you what a GREAT job you did and chit-chat with you and then leave you like a 10%-16% tip and some how think thats good! here in Ohio all severs make $2.13 an hour. that only takes care of are taxes on the paychecks. the tips we make are what pay the bills. Please if you have a GREAT server tip them 20% or more! SO how do I hint to my tables that the tip sucked or maybe how to tip???

...they are friendly and one of my close friends is Native American but out of all ethnic backgrounds, they leave zero tips the most! (I spoke to another waitress about this and we're sure it is not bad service...)

I just moved to a new area and every single restaurant I have been to treats me like crap and I receive awful service. I am friendly to the waiters and treat them nicely. I tip as well as I receive (not too awful, not too large). I don't understand what the problem is. I am not one to complain to management but whats the problem here? Isn't it their job to treat people respectfully?

How should I handle this?

Mine is I have Prawn Cocktail for starters followed by sirloin steak which is well done, and either chips or new potatoes and this comes with all the trimmings, tomatoes, onion rings fried mushrooms. Followed by Irish coffee. No dessert.
