Peanut Butter Captin Crunch, not that I do not like frosted flakes but frosted flakes get soggy in milk to fast.

Captain Crunch has more choise Penut butter, crunch berries, ect. Froted flakes if just that. I vote for Captain Crunch

It depends...if we are talking with Crunch-berries then Captain Crunch for sure. Without the Crunch-berries, it's a toss up. I like both best sans milk though. I prefer them right out of the box, dry. Preferably in my jammies in front of the T.V. watching cartoons. BTW I am 38 ;-)
