Ever noticed the waiter standing by the table hoping for a good tip. Every time I go out for lunch/dinner I am confused as to what amount of tip would be just right. Any help for figuring it out?

One of my hobbies is writing restaurant reviews. I hope to turn it into an on-the-side career. In the mean time, I just love dining out, and I'd like to classify it as a hobby.

It makes me fat, but I've just accepted that. Doesn't really bother me! :)

I went to a fancy restaurant with my mom and 22month old neice.

Ok I am 22years old but why DIDN'T the waitress asked for my ID when I asked for wine and just gave it to me?

Two to three people there knew me at least. is that why?

Isn't that just weird??

That's the first time ever that I ordered an alchoholic beverage at a restaurant.

I am looking for a restaurant chain to go out with my friends. I'd like a place that has a good variety(since we always disagree on what to eat), and a place that has a good array of [non-alcoholic] drinks.

Also notice that I said teen-friendly, NOT kid-friendly!

Do you eat at home better than your local restaurants or take-aways, about the same or not as good?

Specify type and foods.

Why do you eat out or get take-aways, instead of ready-prepared supermarket packaged foods?
