Roast chicken, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, marrowfat peas, carrots, cauliflower cheese, tiny sausages wrapped in bacon, stuffing, gravy and bread sauce.

There's not room for a pudding so usually have the Christmas Pud and brandy sauce on boxing day after cold chicken with mashed potatoes and various pickles (red cabbage, beetroot, onions and gerkins). Yum yum!

Rare prime rib, Yorkshire puddings, brussells sprouts, mince pie and plum pudding with rum sauce. You'd think I was British but was born and raised in sunny Southern California.

SUSHI!!! Hands Down. I love to eat sushi, especially on holidays. For me it makes the occasion that much more special. Especially if it is homemade and the family gets involved.

My mother makes beer hot dogs and chili every year. My grandmother makes bar-b-que and/or ham with all the fixings. I love both because I don't have to cook either.
