I went to a fancy restaurant with my mom and 22month old neice.

Ok I am 22years old but why DIDN'T the waitress asked for my ID when I asked for wine and just gave it to me?

Two to three people there knew me at least. is that why?

Isn't that just weird??

That's the first time ever that I ordered an alchoholic beverage at a restaurant.

At a "fancy" restuarant they couldn't care less. You're not there to get drunk and crazy. You're just having dinner. All they care about is jacking up the amount of the check.

i drank for several years before i turned 21. it seemed that everytime i went into a store to buy beer, i was never asked for my id. even though i had a fake. maybe you look old enough, or the girl wasnt paying attention. oh well feel lucky.

Well you normally card people who appear under the age of 30. Maybe you looked mature that day.
