So I'm doing this whole weight watchers thing, and it's going great, but since March has come around i'm really wanting a Mcdonalds Shamrock shake. I was just curious if anyone knew how many points a small was. I've been banking all of my "flex-points" for the week knowing that it's probably an insane amount of points... but I want one super bad lol. Can anyone tell me how many points it is? Thanks!

During the 80's - when they could still use the styrofoam containers - McDonald's had a hamburger that came in two pieces. The top of the bun and the lettuce, etc was on one side and the bottom of the bun and the meat were on one side. When you got the burger you put them together. What was the name of the burger?

i excersize on my treadmill every morning. i burn 2000 calories a month, but I dont feel like im losing any weight. i need to lose about 15 pounds. is there any supplements i could take to help or any advice?

I'm going to TGI Fridays with my boyfriend soon and I was wondering what people would recommend (for all three courses- starter, main and desert; and drinks.)

p.s. any feedback on the chicken burger (or anything else chicken) would be of particular use as I love chicken and will probably order something containing it!

p.p.s This will be the TGI in Solihull, England- just in case people talk about food which is only offered in America etc
