Here in Canada, they still do. Every single McDonalds I went to, I asked them, and they told me it is fried in beef oil and I do not eat meat so I am not able to eat them but I LOVE their fries.

nicely, i dont understand if ive heard of pork oil.... maximum eating places use "partly hydrogenated soybean oil" to fry their issues or in basic terms undeniable vegetable oil. What you'll be able to desire to do is think of " What else is going into the fryer at Mc donalds?" answer, "hen" nuggets. So...if youre a vegetarian considering the fact which you dont decide to consume wonderful animals, you're nevertheless eating whats left over from frying the nuggets in an analogous oil because of the fact the french fries. Ah additionally i've got worked in places that use deep frying vats and there is not any way that a supervisor/ hassle-free worker may be one hundred% specific that somebody hasn't fried the hen nuggets or fish in an analogous vat because of the fact the fries. yet, in case you opt to be technical the chocolate bar you get at a save in all probability has extra trojan horse components than a french fry could have hen in it.
