So I'm doing this whole weight watchers thing, and it's going great, but since March has come around i'm really wanting a Mcdonalds Shamrock shake. I was just curious if anyone knew how many points a small was. I've been banking all of my "flex-points" for the week knowing that it's probably an insane amount of points... but I want one super bad lol. Can anyone tell me how many points it is? Thanks!

You may not find it in your book. Go on line and see. If you can't find it, try a comparable sight for nutritional info.(To calculate the points) Like Sonic,Burger King,Dairy Queen, etc. Just for a guestimate. I crave ice cream also. I don't know where you live, but if you can get BlueBell ice cream, they have a sugar free version that is WONDERFUL. Make your own.

Well, in my Weight Watchers book it doesn't say how many points a small is, but a medium 12 oz is 10 points. So a small would probably be 5-7 points.

The Chocolate & Strawberry shakes are 12 points for a 16oz glass. I would count for that plus a few points just to be sure.
Another substiture for ice cream is the Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches. They are very good and only 2 points.

a shamrock shake is 24.5 points, I don't know how many you get a day but just think that one drink is more point value than some people gert. I know you want to be bad, I get tempted to do the same, haha but 24.5 points...not worth it
Oh and I found this awesome site for WW points, its www.dwlz.com it has just about ANY restaurant you can think of and the point value of the food, it makes it SO much easier!! Best of luck to you
