that's like what 500 calories per wk which means you're burning less than 100 calories per day, u definitely need to do more! try getting on your tradmill for 30 mins and gradually increasing your speed by three intervals...say when u first begin warmup for 10 mins under 1.5, then go up to 2.5, then go up to 3.0, ur shocking your body which causes your metabolism to burn quicker and also it's a good idea to do weight lifting before you get on the treadmill, also drink water and lots of it, like 10 glasses per day, also if you are naturally muscular like I am (Female) stay the hell away from beef it bulks you up and you don't want that. Eat a lot of apples, fish/tuna, chicken, salad, no bread, orange juice and apple juice are ok too! you must eat 3 meals a day, a snack in between is fine too, like grapes, or certain nuts, apples etc... water!!! set dinner times and don't go over them ok! You'll begin to see a change if you do all of this, perhaps 1-1.5 loss per week! so u could b closer to losing your 15lbs!

Forget about the calories. Just spend 20 to 40 minutes a day, 4 or 5 times a week on the treadmill. I'm sure you'll see some difference in a couple of months. Oh yeah, try to maintain a healthy diet too.

Try drinking a cup of green tea each day.
2000 cals a month is not even 1 lb. (3200 cal = 1 lbs.). So work out a little more and eat a little less. I have tried lots of supplements and haven't found one that works yet.
