well that depends on what you order, my mother in law was going to weight watchers or some weight loss place thats pretty well known, well anyway, did you know that mcdonnalds prmium salad is in their list of foods that you can eat? there are many healthy foods at mcdonnalds. the cheap ones are on the dollar menue. some people are glad that they can get food at a reasonable price. If you want to pay more then try Arbys or dairy queen. better yet, go to a fancy sit down restaraunt.

Well... they have introduced foods that are quite healthy (their premium salads and grilled premium chicken sandwiches are probably the healthiest in all of fast-food land). They're kinda expensive too, a premium grilled chicken sandwich will set you back by $4.29. That's really not cheap.

But I guess the majority of their menu items are cheap and fattening, but you can eat quite well if you know what to look for.

Mcdonalds is anything but healthy.

Look at the actual stats on some of this "healthy" food.

Some of their salads have more fat and calories than a Big Mac.

Cheep! What day was that? I have an all day breakfast in my overate cafe, a real belly buster with 2 rounds of toast and a tea for £3.50, served to my table. Now try to get a meal of that quality and quantity in McMuck for under a fiver!

The healthier the food, the less portions of the food you will get when you order it.
