Nothing has changed! That was the way your taste buds were working that day, or maybe you had one that was left a little too long in the bin. It happens! Remember, a lot of kids work there! And they store uncooked food in the freezer, like all uncooked meat. I know! I put it in there upon delivery.
The good things about McDonald's? They have widened their choice, and now serve things like porridge, deli-sandwiches, etc. But they are in the business of selling, and must have SOME stuff that people like, even if it isn't too good for you! They are just a more successful restaurant business, that's all. You want to eat healthy all the time, don't go there. Personally, I don't very much like the food in general, but the deli-sandwiches are VERY tasty!
Their hygiene is WAY above average, if not perfect! And they DO employ a lot of people, specially YOUNG people!
The food is real. Nothing artificial or impure or adulterated!
You can count on that. Their absolutely set, rigid method of management is way, way out of date, designed in the early fifties by a man who died ages ago, and whose ideas had in fact died BEFORE him! But they STILL cling to his methods, and have not changed in all that time. They place undue emphasis on things like 'hustle' and 'can do'.
What 'can do' really means is 'do anything' no matter how impermanent or temporary. Take care of the problem on your shift, doesn't matter if it reoccurs tenfold on the next guys shift. That's his problem. I could go on, but I don't have the time! Have to go to work!

It's weird because I ate the McChicken a year ago and never really like it. Then I tried it again a couple months ago and it was sooo good. Then I had one the other day, and it went back to how it was a year ago! So yes, I noticed the difference. I wonder why they changed it back to the original recipe?
