if there's anything I like better than a tasty roast beef sandwich from lion's choice, it's chicken sandwich from anywhere. chicken rules all sandwiches !
so which ones are tasty.....................?
Wendy's: great grilled chicken sandwich, nice and big on a nice big bun. yum yum
Buger King: awesome chicken sandwich (the old one, not the grilled one) tastes great. I like the chopped up lettuce and the long, sub shape. The one thing I don't like is that it's not a real chicken breast. it's some kind of fast food "chicken" patty, but whatever, if it's good, it's good.
Lion's Choice: I can't believe I've never had a chicken sandwich from lion's choice.
Subway: I'm a huge fan of the sub sandwiches, with soft bread, fresh ("fresh") cut veggies, and all that crap. Subway has a nice selection of grilled chicken subs. I really wanna try the new grilled chicken ciabatta thing with the sauce and mozzarella.
Mr. Goodcents: speaking of subs. Years ago I had the chicken parmesan here and it was AWESOME!!!! I would vote this as my favorite. I think what made this the winner was the bread. Super soft and big and fresh tasting. Sucks there's not many of these around.
McDonald's: pretty much everything at McDonald's sucks. the chicken sandwiches aren't bad, but there's definitely better places to go.
Penn Station: ewww, no thanks. way to greasy. I ate it and it came out about an hour later. I'm not going back there again.
White Castle: not grilled, and probably not even chicken. but a great late night snack and a good alternately to the standard slider so I thought it was worth noting.
Jack in the Box: I almost forgot about this one. Jack in the Box is way to greasy in general, but the chicken ciabatta are pretty darn good. The bun is different, and I like the chopped up tomato and melted cheese underneath the chicken.
KFC: the Honey BBQ is good. But I would only order that when they were out of the Twister.
St. Louis Bread Co. (Panera): Excellent grilled chicken. Great bread, veggies and sauce. Tuscan chicken is really good, but I liked the Pest chicken even better. I don't think they have that one all the time though, it's a shame.
So, in conclusion my top three: Mr. Goodcents, Subway, and St. Louis Bread co.
Hmmmm, I guess that's about it. Hope this helps.

Jack in the Box
The Sourdough Grilled Chicken Club is the best chicken sandwich in fast food. I think the seasonings on McDonald's is gross, so I stick with crispy chicken there. Everywhere I else I usually get crispy, but Jack in the Box is good. though I do have to agree that the chicken cordon bleu (not grilled) is awesome

Wendy's has pretty good ones, but I personally like Jack in the Box's chicken sandwiches best (both grilled and crispy)

Chicken is not really the best food item to be associated with "fast food". But if I were to choose a place to eat a gilled chicken sandwich it would be chick-fil-a.

Sonic is Ok.
If it has to be fast food I think Wendy's will be the best choice.
