I'm going to TGI Fridays with my boyfriend soon and I was wondering what people would recommend (for all three courses- starter, main and desert; and drinks.)

p.s. any feedback on the chicken burger (or anything else chicken) would be of particular use as I love chicken and will probably order something containing it!

p.p.s This will be the TGI in Solihull, England- just in case people talk about food which is only offered in America etc

I would recommend the JD wings for starters, either the steak and chicken Fajitas, the JD chicken (can you tell I'm a JD glaze fan of theirs?!) or the ribs.

You probably won't have room for dessert but if you do, I would recommend the Popcorn Brownie Sundae.

If you fancy a cocktail, ask for an Ultimate June Bug. I don't know whether they still have them on their main cocktail menu but they will still know how to make them (they took it off over a year ago but it was good so it may have added it back on).

Edit - I've just found a menu on their UK website in case you want to have a look before you go (http://www.tgifridays.co.uk/Food-Menu)

Well, I think that they would have the same menu since they are a chain restaurants, even if they are in England.
If you like something spicy, try the boneless chicken wings with kungpao sauce. For main entree try the Dragon Fire Chicken and for the dessert try the Chocolate Avalanche Cake or the Cinnabon Cheesecake.

I definitly love the Pot Stickers for starters, and they have regular and low cal if you are health conscious. The Sizzling Chicken and Cheese plate is AWESOME! (also good if you add shrimp!) It is skillet grilled chicken with grilled peppers and onions on a bed of various cheeses. I've only had the Oreo Cheesecake for desert, but that was really good. I definitly like the cocktails and fruity drinks like the daquiries.

There is some really terrific offerings on the TGI Friday menu.

First of all, the appetizers are terrific. You should absolutely have those, you asshole.

Then order one of their steaks! Perhaps one of the best steaks in the world is made by TGI Fridays.

Take Care, God Bless and enjoy your trip to TGI Fridays!

Cheers,

Kermit

The drink has to be the "Silver Mercedes" cocktail.
I enjoy the combo starters to share with my partner and you can't beat a steak for main. I don't generally go for dessert, just go straight for coffee.
