I'm in the Washington, DC area and it's "Restaurant Week." Nice restaurants offer appetizer, entree and dessert for a fixed price that is less than normal prices.
Do I tip the waiter based on what the price was for Restaurant Week or on the amount that the total would have been on another week? The difference isn't huge, but it can be more than a buck or two for the wait staff. What do you think?
