i have gone to a friend house and took my router from my house to try to connect to xbox live downstairs as he has a router upstairs but we cant put console there so thats why i bought my router over but it says dns failed any ideas????? heeelllpppp

The problem is tha when i plug the headphone into the headphone jack it will only sound in one earphone while the other will be so low that u cant hear it to good. when i try to unplugg it a little bit it will sound on bothe! what can i do. is it broken>?

i know im opening up a huge can of worms, but i'd also like to here what you people think. Both my brother and i have Wiis and my bro wants to save up for a 360, so what i want to know is which system is better in regards to multiplayer, gameplay, and all around general features. pesonally i think the Wii kicks everyone elses *** but i'd like to know what other people think.

My son has the ethernet cable and just got the entire system today. we have ethernet connections in two rooms of our house. Does the console need to to be connected to the actual modem? That would interfere with our pc and laptop interenet. Help please.

When i have my xbox 360 out in the open with absolutely nothing blocking air flow and completely ventilated, it still gets pretty hot and blows out hot air. it only takes about 10mins of game play to get it considerably warm.

My friend has a launch date xbox 360 that doesn't get warm at all. even when he leaves it on 24hours, it's barely warm. it has never had any problems ever. i am already on my 2nd xbox 360. my most recent one was manufactured on 10/2006 and it still experiences heating issues.
