you can pre order at any retailer like game, game station etc.
HOWEVER the latest news is that as this is the 3rd uk launch date, and they are many back orders for ps3 ,retailers are unwilling to take then, as sony cannot commit to ps3 numbers being sent to the uk.

I tried too and couldn't find any place, but I was able to register with a few websites so they will email me when they start pre-ordering... try www.hmv.co.uk or www.game.co.uk

hmv were taking pre-orders at the weekend but wanted £100 deposit, that was in leeds
