for verizon fones, u need passwords to check ur voicemail. I 4got my password! does anyone no a way to figure it out???

I have a 3 phone on a 18 month contract but I want a new phone, can I just buy a 3 pay as you go. Or can I just get any unlocked phone and put my sim card in it.

earlier today i let my friend take the smartchip out of my phone cuz she needed it for hers, after she returned it and i put it back in my phone, my phone all of a sudden won't even let me in or make calls except for 911. All it says when i turn it on is "smart chip rejected" can someone please help! its getting really annoying lol

Since the iphone is only out for att, is apple like against Verizon. I am very competitive and think of everything like this, but are they really like enemies, or rivals? And will the iphone ever come out for Verizon???

After we turned the phone on with his cingular chip in it, the phone asked for some type of passcode. I have no clue what to do now. If anyone knows what I would need to put there, it would really be great. We really need to be able to get in contact with one another since I was discharged out the hospital this morning. Thanks for any and all replies in advance. Calling cingular was out of the question because when I called it had the nerve to say they were closed today!

I have a motorazr v3xx aka razor. everytime i go to click "insert, picture" and then i pick the picture, it puts it in the message like it should then i click send, a minute or two later it comes back to me saying "unable to send, retry sending?". it also does the same thing when i send a voice recording over text, how do i get around all of this and just send this picture message to my friends? please help

I know back in the day, you had to charge batteries on mobiles for around twenty years before they were fully charged.

I am just about to get myself a Nokia 6500 Classic. The instructions do not state to initially charge the battery for any given amount of time. All it says is that charging the battery takes 2 hours.

I am assuming this is because it has a modern-day battery and as such, does not require an intergalactic megawatt charge to get the dozy thing happy.

How long should I charge the battery for, for its FIRST initial charge (straight out of the box)?

And why do/did batteries need a 14 hour intial charge?

I fell in a bath tub because I bent over to drain it but I slipped and the hand I had my cell phone in went into the water. It was only in there for like two seconds and when i took it out it seemed to work fine. Then later on I was searching for ringtones on it and then I noticed the '7' button didnt work. I turned it off and put it in front of a blow dryer but i was afraid the heat would make it worse. So i turned it back on and then the only numbers that worked was the five and nine. When I pushed the one button it came up as three. When I turn it off it turns back on by itself and I have to take out the battery to turn it off. Help.

My cell phone has spotty service in my area, which types of cell phones pick up a signal when others can't?

I've tried different plans (they all say coverage should be good in my area), but perhaps a different phone can make all the differance.
