Congratulations on your first cellphone! I hope you won't annoy too many innocent bystanders with it! ;)
Seriously, though, everybody has their own "thing". Nobody here knows what you and your friends are like or what you might consider to be "kewl". Regardless, here are some common sense guidelines:
1) Adults will be turned-off by most "modern" music (do you really want granny to hear some X-rated rap lyrics? And what do you think will happen when your folks find out?).
2) You can be mature by leaving a simple, slowly and clearly stated, intelligent, message, and not scream something like, "OMG! THIS IS MY FIRST CELLPHONE! COULDN'T YOU JUST DIE???? EEEEEEEE!!!!!!"
3) Don't have a group of your friends say or sing the message; it should be your own, not theirs.
4) If you want to be "cute" or "funny", feel free to do so, but even your friends might think it's goofy and lame.
Practice on a tape recorder
(ask your folks to explain that to you!). ;)
After you record the message, listen to it a couple of times, to make sure that it's really what you want friends, family, and even strangers, to hear!
P.S. You shouldn't give out your name and age on this website. It's totally unnecessary, and most people don't believe it, anyway! Likewise, do NOT give out ANY personal info, INCLUDING your name, age, or even phone number on your message, as this could lead to unwanted attention from a potentially dangerous stranger who got your number accidentally (better safe than sorry!).

"Hey this is Ashley sing your song at the beep."
"Hey this is Ashley, I can't come to the phone right now so leave a message after the beep and I'll get back to you as soon as I can."
"Hey my sexy b***hes leave a message after the beep." (I use this voice mail on my phone lol.)
You just need to say something simple and sweet. Don't make it cheesy by telling dumb jokes and the shortest ones are the best. Make sure your message shows your personality and make sure it isn't dull. Good Luck!
