Chris Moyles and the breakfast team at BBC Radio 1 were giving hints and tips about using mobile phone text messaging, like the use of 'next word' and 'previous word' when using the phone dictionary (bottom left/top right keys), and pressing and holding the square key (bottom right) for typing numbers and pressing and holding the star key (bottom left) for punctuation. Also, they mentioned that pressing and holding the 1 key will access your answerphone, if you have the number in the phone.
Dom, the newsreader, mentioned a function called something like Next Caller Dialling. He said that if you dial something like #0123* (hash 0123 star) then your mobile phone would search outwards for handsets that were close by.
WELL useful if someone has forgotten their number.
Is this possible?
