If I get a new phone from my cingular insurance will i get the same exact cell phone back, or one similar??

and will it be new or used? I currently have the Motorola Razr V3

You will get the same exact model and color of your previous cell phone if you have phone insurance. There will be a $50 deductible charge on your next monthly bill.

You will get the same one but mostly they give you something similar...
