Prepaid phones are your best bet. Go to any store like WalMart or Target and you can find them! Pick a phone from a compnay you are satisfied with and then just buy a minute card.
Be careful though, prepaids can burn a hole in your pocket if your not careful with your minutes! They usually round up so minutes go by quicker, especially if you text.

While prepaid plans often CAN support picture and video messaging, you won't get as good of a rate. Ask around cellular providers to find the prepaid plan right for you.

You buy the phone and then you buy cards to refill your minutes. You can do all of it with cash.

you will probably have to get a prepaid one, or if you live in a major city one of the smaller sub cell phone companies.

my name is also on the do not call list and I still get calls from telemarketers.. unfortunately the list only keeps certain telemarketers from calling you.. and no ebay and paypal do not sell your information.. maybe you have put your number in somewhere else that they have gotten it from.. Im not really sure how they get phone numbers especially cell numbers because there is law (i think ) about selling cell numbers

You can't. You could try a Trac Phone, but you want an awful lot on it. I'm not sure you'll be able to fulfill this dream.
