You will have to contact your cell phone company to find out how to convert the cell phone number to an e-mail address.
My husband and I have Verizon, which converts to an address ending with "vtext.com". So for example, to a Verizon customer whose phone number is 888-555-1234, you could e-mail a picture to 8885551234@vtext.com
But like I said, if you don't have Verizon, you need to contact your cell phone company (Sprint, AT&T, whatever) to find out what the e-mail address for your phone would be.
