I have a $5 250 texts a month plan right now, and was wondering if texting to and from verizon was free. I heard it was but on the bill i am having to pay for them all. And by all i mean the ones that I send to verizon customers too, i mostly only texted to verizon

I travel the world alot, and currently own Verizon's Samsung i830 because of its capabilities of being able to dial other countries as well for the broadband internet? I was wondering does the broadband internet work overseas, and what will be the model replacement of this phone and when will it come! Verizon seems to keep tight knit about all their lastest phones, I wish they would cater to the global market a little more? I need a phone that can do allt he gadgets and giszmos in the US, as well overseas can someone help?

I have a $300 phone bill for 3 days of service. I canceled during the 15 day trial period. I had the 700 minute plan. At the time I canceled they pro rated me down to 100 minutes. I was basing my usuage on 700 minutes I was told I had. They told me if I hadn't canceled, that I wouldn't have these charges. Isn't it supossed to be in writing about proration? I was never informed of this till AFTER I canceled. I was using my phone thinking I has 700 minutes like they told me. What should I do?

There is nothing in the contract, or their written policies about prorating away over 600 minutes! This caused me to go over like 400 minutes!! This is not right someone advise me please!!

i recently got my cell phone [cingular lg c1300i] a little wet, the buttons don't work at all, except for sometimes but only for about 20 seconds. if i change the battery pack will that help it? if so, where can i get a new one? if not i have to wait until october until my sisters plan goes up because my parents won't let me get a new plan altogether, and mine's up already.
