can you watch live TV on the Helio cell phone?

I was just wondering. also, do you think that this phone would be a good phone for a 10 year old boy?

Helio at the moment doesn't support live television on their mobile phones. It has photos, email, web browsing, video messaging and high speed file transfer capability.

For a 10 year old boy, I wouldn't recommend it. Their services is gear for a person who is more into heavy usage email and web browsing. Plus their cheapest rate on any of their plans is $65.00 not including any state taxes charges yet. I rather get a lower plan with another company for a child at his age.
