My wife tried to place an order and it never went thru. In fact, we tried to call the toll free number on the website and always got the loud fast busy signal.

I did a little more checking on the site after my wife's order. The website was registered as new on the 06/05/07. I called 411 info and there is no registered business in New York called Malcom Galaxy. The street they used has doctors offices and a couple of law firms.

We then called our bank and cancelled our card and forbidded any future transactions. We had to because we could not contact the customer service department. Instead, we went to Costco and bought an Ipod for my Fathers Day gift there. Sure, we paid a little more... But I have it and bought it from a company I can trust.
