I am due for an upgrade on my current contract, I would like to keep my current phone, but also use the new one. This would only be practical if I can clone my sim card.
I don't want a second number, I don't want pay as you go and I don't want to take out a second contract.

i use my nokia moblie as an alarm clock as it has a reliable alarm that is useful for getting me up in the mornings. it lies on my bedside table. I was wondering whether this is safe or not and am i increasing my risk of radiation?

I am getting a new phone soon (I need to get it before next Thursday). I am not sure which kind would be best but I know I want a flip phone because I like the look and the functionality better.
Any maker is fine (Motorola, LG, Nokia, etc, etc) and I don't care how high the price is.

i was trying to send my friend a file via bluetooth our phones recognized our bluetooth connection but it would not send it either said "interference" or "unsupported data" i heard we could not send because he have different network carriers i have cingular and he has T-mobile.is there any solution to this?like a different pin number or something?

I have a Nokia 6102i. I am interested in purchasing either a BH-300 or BH-200 bluetooth wireless headset for my phone. I read in one place, that my phone was compatible with these headseats (my cell does have bluetooth capability), but when I looked @ those headsets on ebay, they each give a list of compatible phones & my Nokia 6102i is NOT on the list. But as I said, I've heard they are compatible. I don't know a lot when it comes to this. I don't want to buy it, only for it to not work. So if you know a lot about this kind of stuff, I'd really appreciate a response...will one of those headsets be compatible w/my Nokia 6102i? Thank you in advance, for all honest & helpful answers!

I am probably moving to Japan soon with a friend. We plan to open a business together lol. But the point of the question. I live in America with my grandparents (in between places right now) who have always been like parents to me. And I have never lived outside of the same county! Now that I'm an adult and am ready to REALLY dig my feet in and go, I'm noticing just how painul the adjustment is for all 3 of us living more than 20 minutes from each other. So brilliant me, I decided a simple way to make it easier on us- stay in contact. And not just mail and phone calls either. I found the perfect cell phone for myself, it's like a mini computer, the Sony Ericsson W810i, which is EDGE and GSM compatable. Because my grandparents don't play with the fun things on phones, but so they could recieve video, photo and call me when they like, I chose the Z500a, also EDGE and GSM compatable.

But how do I get EDGE or GSM? Are they both global? I need serious help here!

Like, let's say someone w/ Cingular called a Verizon (not during night/weekend time) I know that the minutes comes off of the Cingular's, but does it to Verizon (altho the Verizon just recieved the call?)
