If you mean the cingular one, then yes, it is intended as a pre-paid phone. BUT, if you have Cingular already, you can buy the phone and simply transfer your sim-chip into the new phone and it will work. You will have to pay full retail on the phone if you buy it at a Cingular store.

yes it is, it's a pantac and its pretty small. you can buy it for prepaid, unlock it and use ur existing sim card
