when the month ends, do you get like a phone bill in the mail or anything like that. i need to know because i want a phone but my parents will tell me to get rid of it once they find out i have a phone. serious answers only, thank you!

if I have a 413 area code in USA in the cell phone I am planning to buy - will it ring an incoming call to my USA number while I am travelling in India? Or I have to plug in a SIMM card while I am in India and pass on that Indian Cell Phone number to my USA collegues and friends and family in USA? Any suggestions? Thank you very much.

I got one of the subscriptions where you can download movies and music and stuff and some of them say download this ringtone. After I download it how do I get it on my phone?
