I had a nokia N80 which was good for texting but it kept going wrong, just changed it for a Sony Ericsson K800i which seems to be pretty good at the moment

I had a D600 until last week, when I upgraded to the E900. To be honest, there is not a lot of difference. The E900 is smaller and sleeker and has 4 touch sensitive buttons. The menu's are similar to the D600 and overall quality is the same. I have to say that although smaller, the E900 still feels nice and sturdy. Both are nice phones, this is my 4th Samsung and I have never had any problems with any of the handsets. If you are happy with you D600, I would hang on to it. Only if you are really bothered about keeping up to date with the latest phones do you need to change to the more recent E900. I don't think that you will go far wrong with whichever Samsung you choose.

out of the three choices u gave, i would suggest the samsung d900! currently i have the d600e in chrome as well...its a cracker but then again i work at a phone shop so i can change every couple of months...really the d6 is a crackin handset and if u dont want the hassle of changing, reapplying for insurance etc then i suggest u keep it til next year or whenever ur next upgrade available is...and change then...if not the e900 is not all that...i suggest d900 or d600 :) hope it helps

The D900 is my fav. Very good user experience, menu nav is intuitive. Its slim so fits in the pocket nicely and has a 3meg camera - which is very good. It also has a version of EA Tetris, Sega's sonic the hedgehog on it. E900 looks good but its bigger than the D900, and the spec and extras are not as good.

And.... It can take its fair share of punishment, does not pick up scratches and nicks and the battery has good capacity.

I have used the E900 which looks good because of the touch screen but I changed it to a D900 which is much better. the touchscreen on the e900 is too senstive. he d900 is slimmer and has a 3.2 mp camera. check out deals on www.mobiledealz.co.uk, that's where I bought mine from.

by miles, it's the d900. why? it's got a good quality 3.2 megapixel camera that competes with that in k800i and n73 (cmptetes favourably too), it's a slim wonder, very comfortable in looks and feel and is user friendly to me (at least more than d n73 but still behind k800i). sound quality is ok but the operating system is d slowest of d 3 (n73 being d fastest)...not saying it's a snail though, it's a very good phone altogether so save many days of thinkin' about a replacement phone and get d d900, cheers.

I think the e900's better... but remember that phones get more durable the fewer moving parts they contain!!
