when i wanted to call overseas to china, i dialed 019-860-222-the phone number. what is wrong??? I keep getting the long, drawn out notes from the phone, which I don't know the meaning of. any suggestions?

You buy a calling card and then use it. First dial the China country code and then the number that you are calling
