I got one of the subscriptions where you can download movies and music and stuff and some of them say download this ringtone. After I download it how do I get it on my phone? I know absolutely nothing about these? I assume I have to buy something to hook up my phone to my computer but I don't know what? I have a motorola razor?

Use a USb 2.0 cord to hook up to the cpu, and drag and drop.

You should be about to download ringtons from your mobile brower on your cell phone. You should be able to go to your browse, go to the website of where you could download all these items. Try it or ask someone that knows how to do it.
Call also your cell phone provider. The cell phone care provider will be able to help you.
