i hv encountered a couple of problems when trying to send out mms greetings to my friends.It repeated prompted 'sending failed'.after trying several times, i finally gave up and decided to call Starhub customer service to seek for help.After spending nearly 7mins talking to one of the customer service officer,she can be of no help but assured me that she will get a technician to call me back asap.To my horror, i only got the call the very next day.Like many others I hv always given my support to Starhub.Besides i hv installed cable vision with tem for yrs now.They might think that my problem is not that important or urgent,but if this is their way to treat their customers,I WILL hv no further intentions to ever use thier service at all.All in all my iwfe & I were extremely disappointed with their service which I had to wait for the next day for a reply or follow up call

I'am currently using the phone company "orange" and have become fed up with the lack of deals and free things they give out to pay and go customers. I hear o2 are the best and the give you free texts if you top up on the same date every month and you can text abroad for 10p with a "bolt on". Does anyone know are these free texts are just to other o2 users phones ?. Is it possible to keep my current number ? Also how do i go about getting all this , is it just a normal o2 pay and go sim card i buy or is there anything else i should know ?. Anyone that knows about this and has the time to answer my question thanks very much.

I have succeeded to send these files to my mobile but I do not know how to install them! I thought that the installation might be automatic, but in this mobile you do not have any option like "run" or "play" for the application files that you send to your mobile!!! Strange! Or I am not familiar with it. Any help or suggestion is appreciated. I have bought an Eng-Eng Dictionary for my mobile and the dealer says it is compatible with W300i, but I cannot use it as these jad and jar files cannot be installed !!!

I am looking to find a cell phone that also has wifi so I can check email at wireless hotspots. I know that there are wifi skype phones, but that is not what I am looking for. I know that I can get internet service on my phone through the carrier, but that is not what I am looking for - it is too expensive. Just need a good phone for making regular cell phone calls, that will also allow me to connect to a wireless hotspot. Prefer Verizon, but i would switch carriers if i have to. Thanks!
