i hv encountered a couple of problems when trying to send out mms greetings to my friends. It repeated prompted 'sending failed'.after trying several times, i finally gave up and decided to call Starhub customer service to seek for help. After spending nearly 7mins talking to one of the customer service officer, she can be of no help but assured me that she will get a technician to call me back asap.To my horror, i only got the call the very next day.Like many others I hv always given my support to Starhub.Besides i hv installed cable vision with tem for yrs now. They might think that my problem is not that important or urgent, but if this is their way to treat their customers,I WILL hv no further intentions to ever use thier service at all.All in all my iwfe & I were extremely disappointed with their service which I had to wait for the next day for a reply or follow up call

Not happy ! just change the operator to "Singtel" or "M1". You can retain your existing phone numbers. So ! is up to your choice. Otherwise, don't change and just tolerate, simple.
