Some ring tones you can send by blue tooth but most times rings tones are protected and thus, no one can send to the other. It's is just a way of making people buy the tones. You can however, download software and make your own tones. You have to go to the official website of your mobile and check the downloads there. You have to pay for the software.

What kind of cell phone do you have? It has blootooth or infrared? easier and free!!
