I currently have a Sony Ericsson as my cellphone, and CINGULAR as my provider. Neither is "user friendly" or easy to deal with.
If you can help it, DON'T DEAL WITH EITHER OF THEM !
I did have a Motorola with AT&T, that I loved, but since CINGULAR took over AT&T, the new company says they do not have the capability to provide help or service to any of those phones. They can, however, still send a bill every month ! (sounds a little bit underhanded to me). Hence, I will now have to deal with this crappy phone and crappy, unethical provider for the next 2 years !
REMEMBER -- Sony Ericsson and CINGULAR -- don't do it ! ! They both suck !! (Spread the word !)
