I'm planning 2 buy a Canon A540. Will some 540 users tell me how is this camera? I read some reviews where it was claimed that 540 does awfully indoors as the flash is not powerful enough? Is it true? There is an option 4 xternal flash but I can't afford it.

I'm starting to get into film making so I will need a camcorder that has good quality and something that is able to connect to the computer to edit the footage. I'm on a tight budget as it's my parents' budget, not mine. (I'm only a teenager.)
