It looks like a great camera. It takes good pictures and movies in nearly all conditions. It has plenty of features, good battery life. Six megapixels is plenty for full page prints. Yup, it looks like a very nice camra.
If I had to find fault with it, I could argue that the zoom range isn't the greatest for indoor shots. 38mm will have you backing up into walls now and then to get more in the shot.

That relies upon on what you seem for in a digicam. i actual have the Sony DSC-W50 and that i love it so a procedures. It incorporates an anti-shake technologies so no matter if you shake the digicam, the picture would not finally end up blurry. i have not tried the Canon myself yet do a glance for on digital digicam comments and there are information superhighway sites that aid you do area-to-area comparisons. between the most important issues i seek for in a digicam is what kind of storage gadget it makes use of. SD playing cards often is the superb guess to bypass considering maximum human beings have already got a SD card and they are the most inexpensive. memory stick professional duo is what the sony dsc-w50 makes use of and that continues to be an ok selection because the cost for those are extremely respectable. basically stay faraway from ones with xD playing cards.. very pricy and fully unnecessary. good success!

I'm not a big fan of Sony cameras, specifically for the fact that they cost more and the memory cards are only compatible with Sony cameras. But for day to day pics. its not a bad camera, its simple to use, 6MP and an average zoom.
