1) You need the connect the Sky box to the TV using scart
2) I think you also want to use scart to connect the Sky box to the DVD recoder.
3) You can then use the aerial out to connect the DVD recorder to the TV and tune it in on a channel (like you used to do with VCRs before scart!)
4) You can then use scart to connect the DVD recorder to the Sound system (although if it has separate composite sockets I'd use those where possible!)

When doing this make sure the power is off! Another warning DO NOT put speakers too close to your TV as it will start showing "pretty colours", ours recovered but you may as well learn from our mistakes!

It depends on what you use more often, but probably -

SCART TV ---> Surround Sound
SCART TV ---> DVD Recorder
SCART DVD Recorder ---> SKY box

A better alternative would be (assuming your surround sound has audio in jacks as well as SCART, and your TV has audio out) to use the 2 SCART on the TV to connect to the SKY and DVD, and the audio out jacks to connect to the surround sound. If you do this, remember to use the spare SCART on the SKY & DVD to connect them to each other.

You can also buy a multi-SCART adapter at places like Argos - from memory they're about 15 quid.
