blank screen on i pod nano pressed menu nothing happens thought that battery must be flat, plugged it into computer to charge, started charging ok then a tick appeared on the screen and the battery bar had stopped moving. Removed i pod from computer pressed menu to start playing - usually an apple appears on the screen but on this time a file appeared and i couldnt play the music, after a few times of turning off and putting back on and the file appearing, it wouldnt do anything just a blank screen, plugged it back into the computer but nothing is happening even the computer dosnt seem to be able to find it, because when i go into i tunes the ipod appears but it not even doing this now.

I am interested in buying a Canon Powershot A540 or A700 particularly because they take AA batteries. The official specifications note the they can use standard alkaline and NiMH batteries but I am particularly interested in using disposable lithium batteries (not rechargable ones).

Will these models work with AA disposable lithiums without damaging the units?

i had my old (but still useful component set hooked up to the dvd layer. The quaility if sound was exceelent but I decided to get something less bulker. I sort of like the system i brought but i would like more total sound level. I keep hearing about 5.1 but my question is what speaker system will imatate the sound i recieved from my 600 watt component sytem? I know an amp wil be invloved. I am trying not rebuy bulky speakers or even have twenty thousand of them flolating around my living room. ( sorry small children play area included with my living room). So when answering please treat me as if you are talking to a person that kinows nothing becasue i don't.

my nokia 6600 have unique problem? when i press the menu button immediatley after unlocking the phone or restarting the phone the menu button doesnt work all other button works but not the menu so i have to restart the phone again
