get a step down transformer to convert the 220 to 110. Or look at the clock and see if it will accept the higher voltage. A lot of newer devices will do so.

The reason why no one can give you a yes or no is because we don't know what power supply you're currently using. You could be on a 400 watt, or a 250. Without that information (which isn't on the manufacturer's site) we cannot give a yes or no. Your base system running a 6800 Ultra (they didn't have a 7600 in the calculator) requires 336 watts. If you have a 400 watt power supply in there, you should be fine upgrading to a 7600gt. If you have a 300 watt, you need to upgrade. To check the wattage of your PSU, look at the back of your computer, at the Power Supply and read the wattage and voltage numbers. If the watt is below 350, get a 400 watt PSU.

Get a voltage converter, you should not need a transformer for a clock. Transformers can get yery expensive.

do not try to use it even with the step down adapter because the clock will show wrong timings always. as it it manufactured at 60 htz standard at 50 htz it will run slow and you will always ends up in seeing wrong timings.
