From my last question, I learned that a computer registers bits (a "1" or a "0") by checking whether there is a ~3 volt pulse or no pulse during a certain (short) period of time. I now wonder what happens when there is a ~2 or a ~1 volt pulse. I guess that more or less is good enough for the computer, for instance a ~2.999 volt pulse. My question is: if we count down from ~3 volt, at what voltage does the computer not register a "1" anymore?

I am finding it hard to do my university coursework which is to design a simple web page using php. does anyone would like to earn some extra cash by doing this simple coursework for me? it is a short coursework and I would think a person who is good at php can finish it within half an hour! I downloaded a movie from a torrent site. When I unpacked the rar arhive, the movie was in parts with different extensions. Some were .VOB, .IFO, AND .BUP. I dont know how to join them into one video file. Can someone pls help me.

Hello. I have a machine project at college about making a relational database in SQL with Java. The situation of the database is that there is a recruitment agency for nurses. The nurses are either trained or ready for work and something like that. The queries are that you should be able to keep track of how many nurses are in a certain hosptial etc.The case is quite common and simple. However , my professor held a seminar on how to apply Java in our SQL project and sadly I wasn't able to attend it. Please tell me , is Java really a complicated and big issue as stated in my machine problem?

When a bit really signifies a 1 or a 0 (a yes or a no) rather than a + or a - (positive or negative), how is the 0 registered? Is there a certain amount of time in which some input has to be made, otherwise the computer registers a 0? Please describe as many possible ways in which this might work.

Hello all, I run a non profit making internet radio station www.realhitradio.co.uk and are looking to revamp my website. I originally made my site on a free website builder, but think its time for a change, and not being all that website/html literate, thought I would get a designer to do it. I have had a look around but many designers charges are quite high. I would give anyone the chance to come up with a design. Do any of you know of any designers out there that offer their services at low cost.

I know you can't use the align tag when using strict but was wondering how do i align images in this format. I am designing a simple webpage with paragraphs but want images on the left and right of the paragraphs. All information would be great.
