First get of the Internet to your home page right click and select properties go to settings and then look at screen resolution and bring it down as small as you want it works for me.

okay on the moniter at the bottom theres a little button. Its the menu you push that button and there should be 2 squares with arrows pointing up and down on 1 and side to side on the other. when you click on that it will bring up a little rectangular screen the you push the same button multiple times until your screen is the right size

if you are on a web pafe f11 but if u want to change ur resolution right click on the desktop and then click on properties, then a new window should come up and select the settings tab, then you will se a slider drag the slider for teh resolution

right click in a free space on your desktop
in Vista
click on Display Settings
then change the resolution to higher or lower until it fits.
if not Vista, it's still Display Settings that you can find (check out F1)
