Open the image in paint, or any photo editing software. Then go to File -> Save As... and tell it to save as a .jpg There should be a drop down menu under where you name the file.

Open the image in MS Paint program, then click save-as under the file menu and change the extension to jpg before clicking OK.

Adam you will need a Photo Grapics Program to change the format of any Photo.
There are several that will work.
1st Adobe Photo Deluxe is an Older program that was given as software when you purchased several different Printers and Scanners for several years.
Almost all Adobe Photo Programs have this capability to change to one of 15 or more formats.
Photoshop, CS CS2 CS3 all will work
