I purchased a service which provides a Dell ESP 440 with CentOS 4.x. I connected via SSH and when I type 'LS' all I see is a file called 'anaconda-ks.cfg'. It appears like the server is empty. I've done a lot of freelance PHP programming and some 'light' server functions; I've setup a few IIS servers but nothing of this scope. Basically I am developing a large-scale website, Joomla-based, with server-side video transcoding (using FFMPEG). Any good online tutorials on setting this type of server up?

I am trying to post my pic on my space. I was able to change the pic to jpg but the "whatever" is still reading the pic as jpeg. i know i am probably making no sence but if anyone knows what i am halfway talking about could you walk me through this. thanks!

I need help RE-DOING my home page of my site! I've gotta do a powerpoint presentation for a driving thing, and i have made a road thingy but i want the white lines in the middle to move so it looks like the car's moving. how can i word a query that selects * from a table.where the id=1 and assigns values in php for the other parameters.

when I push ALT+DEL(or ALT+BACKSPACE), then fill with the background layer,not the foreground color.
The others hotkey is right.

Do I need another web page to make my comment appear?

The thing is I'm trying to make a web page in which people can comment in it. I made a comment box, but I can;t seem to understand how to make that "Submit" button to work properly.

Explain me how to. What are the HTML codes to use? And, if another website is needed to receive and post the submitted comments, what is the model to follow? Or at least essential HTML coding to use.

I need them desperately! I'm exhausted! I have a headache and I don't know anything about making a website...as you may have thought.

i have a wireless router connected to my desktop, is there a way to see who else is connected to it? and what they are doing? Also, when you vacation at hotels that have wireless internet, you can open up your browser and type in google, and they would show you an agreement that it is not their fault if your privacy has been violated on their network by other people. is there a way i can do the same thing?
