whats up about my adobe photoshop cs2 's hotkey ??

when I push ALT+DEL(or ALT+BACKSPACE), then fill with the background layer,not the foreground color.
The others hotkey is right.
Do you know how to make the ALT+DEL fill with foreground color??

Fill with Background Color Ctrl+Backspace
Fill with Foreground Color Alt+Backspace
