I want to learn C++ and have downloaded Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition. I already use Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition which is Visual Basic.Net so is it C++.Net and if so can you reccomend a good free C++ complier.

I'm a CAD student, and I'm looking for a few drawings (.dwg files) that I can open with my AutoCAD and "play with". Not claim as my own, not publish anywhere, but just for learning purposes. Just to play with some tools in the toolbar and experiment with stuff.

Where can I find already-done drawings? Is there some sharing website or something?

if i have a gyro/accelorometer circiut, to measure the angle it's at, and when tilted, give out different voltages, how would i hook this up to a PIC16F876A micro controller, if you cant temm me that at least explain what microcontrollers do, how they work, what you have to do to set it up, and what i need to have to program one if i need to. please give me anything you know, im frustrated, and i cant find anything on the internet about microcontrollers.

I get the following error messages on the page that I want the file to display:

I have followed the examples on the net - all of which use timers to "fire" the service working routine. So if I set it to fire every 60 seconds but the last firing is running a little long - do I have two timer_elapsed routines running or is it blocked until the previous 60 second fire is complete?

Hi,
Is there any way of deciding the amount of space the BR tag creates?
MSIE creates a somewhat higher break than FireFox does, and this messes pretty badly with my page layout. Can I set a BR height in my stylesheet?
