If this will help, this is what it says when i try to register it on freewbs:
Your nameservers are not properly set.
This domain name is registered with a non-Freewebs registrar. If you are the domain name owner you must visit your registrant's site and set your domain name's nameservers to:

ns1.freewebs.com
ns2.freewebs.com

This will allow us to attach and point your domain name to your Freewebs account.

Not sure I get your question BUT:::

If you are refering to migrating the website to a different webhost you simply goto the new host's site and re-register everything.

You'll be asked to supply details about you current host and ofcourse you'll be informed that your domain name already excist, do you wish to migrate?

You follow the steps and within 2 days your website will be migrated to the new guys and you do not have to pay any domain registration fees. Some guys offer migration for free since its good for their business ;)

Good luck.
Any question send me a message using YahooAnswers.

Your site is hosted by bullet host, why would you want to host it somewhere else when youve paid for it to be hosted at bullethost.....?

I think you have some of the terminology mixed up.....A host is simply someones server storing your site, and since its currently on a bullethost.net server, you will not be able to have someone else host your site....You simply cant have your site hosted by 2 people at one time, you need to take your site down from bullethost, then upload it to freewebs.....

That makes no sense! You mean you want your freewebs website uploaded to your new storage site? You cant host a site from another site.

I don't think you can do this, but what you can do is download an FTP programme such as smartftp...and start uploading things from your desktop, so create notepad files and save them as .php (i'm assuming you know html/php/css) then just upload everything from there ^o^
