anyone know how to search a phrase using double quotes in php?
for example if i search for "mary the girl", it will show the sentence with 'mary the girl". I'm developing this code halfway but facing problems.

I know Php/MySQL pretty well and I was thinking about just using that for a website I am building.. but then I looked into Python and I have like fallen in love with it! I love the way its setup, its look.... just bout everything. I want to build my website with Python/MySQL but I would have to devote more time into learning Python a bit better. Would it be woth it to do so, or should I just stick with Php/MySQL?

I've looked online, and I just can find anything. Is there any posible way to make a flag appear to wave without using a photoshop? I kniow how to do a lot on the computer, but this isn't one of them. the programs I could use are paint (the orignal), Microsoft Word, an animator and IconCool Editor v5.34. Is there anyway i could use these, or other free downloads to make a flag wave?
