Any apache server users?

Question

if i include my php page which containing my connection string my apachi server throwing a error and needs to shutdown any guys can help?

os is xp.my os error report says my php5ts.dll file has containing error.so i have sent it to microsoft.i have no idea to solve this mess

And whats the error you get? And exactly what tells you that Apache needs to shutdown? And what OS are you using?
